• Products with freshly baked and cold ingredients will be delivered only within Klang Valley area. 

• Order must be made at least 3 days earlier before the delivery date. 

• You will receive a notification on the date and time of your delivery. If you have specific date and time, please inform us before you confirmed your order.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that you request a Safe Place/delivery to neighbor on the day. 

• We take great care to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of your order when it arrives please ensure you take a photo showing any damage and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will straight back to you to sort it out.

 

Other orders

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped same-day, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the following working day. You will receive it within 2 to 4 working days via postage. Tracking number will be provided to the customer.

Pick Up 

Pick up is available at Bukit Rahman Putra with no charges. Order must be made at least 3 days earlier before the pickup date.
